Message from the Founder

Born in Japan, I graduated from law school in the U.S. and joined a boutique, commercial litigation and corporate firm. Having subsequently served as the legal conduit at the U.S. offices of a major Japanese leasing company and an electronic communications provider, I have decades of expertise in contract law, with further engagements as a bilingual reviewer of documents involved in numerous U.S. civil proceedings. One Map is the crystallization of these experiences on the frontlines of international business, finance, and law. Recognizing the pressing need for culture-sensitive, high-quality translation services, I founded One Map with a diverse roster of trusted bilingual professionals curated throughout my career bridging the Pacific.
